Misleading and incorrect information about natural vitamin B-12 sources persists online by popular health institutions. The National Institutes of Health and the Mayo Clinic believe that plants do not contain vitamin B-12.12 The Cleveland Clinic and the Harvard School of Public Health emphasize milk and eggs despite neither being among the 40 most abundant sources of vitamin B-12.34 To counter these prevailing false notions, I’ve created a clear and evidence-based list of natural vitamin B-12 sources.
